Q: The new design is awful! It no longer glides but feels like sandpaper between my teeth. They shred and break before I am done flossing. Can you please return to the old design? Unfortunately, I’ll be finding a different option for now.

Idk what they did to these but they are not like the ones I used to buy. The strings fall apart so easily and get stuck in my teeth! Would not buy again!

The new micro-textured Oral-B Glide floss picks are terrible. The old ones were amazing, but these new ones are awful. They shred immediately and get stuck in between your teeth. I won't be buying these until they get back to the original product. I've talked with several other people who use these and every single one of them has the same feedback. Whoever designed and then approved the new product needs to do better.

I strongly dislike this batch of flossers by Oral-B. I thought this was a reputable brand and was disappointed that they put out such poor quality flossers. You floss between a few teeth, the string tears, and you find that you have to get another one. Ridiculous!

I hated these, they fray so quickly that I use 2-3 to floss all of my teeth. I usually buy the generic brand with no issues but grabbed these in a pinch. Absolute garbage.

As others have mentioned, the quality of this product has changed. This new and improved “micro-textured” version is absolute thrash. Pieces of floss literally disintegrate in between your teeth requiring more floss to get it out.

This product changed. It used to be my go-to floss for years, but the new floss on the pick gets stuck in my teeth and I have to use more floss to get the floss unstuck. Will be looking for a new brand of floss picks.

Oral B floss picks USED to be the best floss picks on the market. Ever since the new packaging came out within the last year, the floss breaks all the time. I typically need 2-3 floss picks to get through a cleaning. The Oral B floss picks were the most expensive on the market, but I was willing to pay for the quality. However, now that I need 2-3 picks per cleaning, using them has become 2-3 times more expensive which no longer justifies their purchase. They obviously changed their manufacturing process which also leads me to believe they did little or no testing of the new process prior to delivering them to market. I'm very disappointed with the new version of the product. Oral B has lost me as a customer.

The New CleanTech Floss are much worse than the previous ones as the new ones shred much easier and is almost unusable for my tight teeth with old fillings. I have used the previous versions for years and they have a much better quality floss material that did not shred even though my fillings would sometimes cut them. The new ones are horrible.
