Q: The new design is awful! It no longer glides but feels like sandpaper between my teeth. They shred and break before I am done flossing. Can you please return to the old design? Unfortunately, I’ll be finding a different option for now.

I’d been using these for years without problems. Loved them. Until now. I thought it was just a package update but the floss is definitely different too. The newest bag is awful and my experience matches other reviews with the floss shredding, breaking, and getting caught between my teeth. Guess I need to find a new brand.

Flossers are one of weapons in my secret arsonal of oral healthy, and against gum disease, cavities! I keep these bad boys in my car, and will reach for them while driving or at a red light. They work great, taste amazing, and never break on me!

I have been using these for years but they changed the product and now it's worthless. The floss shreds after flossing one tooth. Sometimes the shredded floss gets stuck in your teeth.

I used to be able to use one of these for my whole mouth faithfully. Last 2 bags I got they are definitely changed to poor quality, I need 3-5 and they break so easily in addition they leave pieces of string sometimes stick in between your teeth now. This is an example of having a great product and switching on customers to continue gaining profit while switching to poor low quality cheap materials. SAD

I bought this floss last year and loved it. I bought a new bag and every floss stick is a bust. i'm having pieces of the floss actually wedged in my teeth by the end, making me have to resort to flossing with another brand to get everything out.

The new design has no teflon, but it is literally so bad, I have to go through 3 every night because they rip and shred apart in my teeth. Also the handle is flimsier!!! Never thought I’d say this but bring back the teflon so I can actually floss!!!!

After a swipe through three teeth, the floss stick is fraying at minuscule pieces are getting stuck between my teeth. I have used multiple floss sticks and types without this issue (Grin being my favorite)!

These used to work great but now they feel cheap and shred/break easily. I WILL be returning these as defective, and I encourage everyone else who buys them and realizes this to return them as well so it sends a message to the brand that selling defective product will not be tolerated. Absolute garbage.

I have crowding, and my teeth have gaps in some spots while being very tight in others. The previous generation of Oral-B Glide floss picks worked great and easily glided through my crowded teeth, unlike other brands. Not anymore with this new version. They don't glide as well as before, and they break easily. I have to use 2-3 floss picks to clean all my teeth. Oral-B, if anyone from the company reads these reviews, please bring back the old generation of floss picks or at least make them available for special order. I am willing to pay three times the price. It will cost me the same in the end anyway since I now need to use three times as many picks.
