Information regarding my order
I picked up my order at target today and never received any information that two of the items that I really needed have been canceled! I understand you may be busy, but I thought it was just a common courtesy to let someone know that a portion of their order would not be delivered to my car!! I needed these particular items for a recipe and for the next weeks of breakfast sandwiches. Imagine my surprise when I got home and checked my bags and neither the breakfast sandwiches nor the hashbrowns we’re in my order! This is not the first time this has happened to me and I’m not going to write anything anymore because nothing seems to change at your store!

Yummy
I picked up this bag of Ore-Ida Shredded Hash Brown Potatoes (the classic red one with the cute tractor on it), and wow – it totally delivered on the “Potatoes Done Perfect” promise! Right out of the freezer, the shreds look clean, uniform, and not all clumped together like some other brands. No weird ice chunks or mystery discoloration – just pure potato goodness (gluten-free too, which is a nice bonus).

What You'd Expect
These are something I decided to try out because this went clearance. I'm usually not huge on the taste of hash browns, but these were okay. I used them to cook with some eggs, and they sufficed. They're not the most flavorful food, but I don't think they're supposed to be either. These did take a while to cook though.

Fast and easy cooking time. A great value to save time in the kitchen. Easy to throw in the crockpot to make a breakfast casserole or you can fry up and make really crispy, no clumping.

Funeral Potato Hack
I absolutely love this brand’s shredded frozen potatoes for funeral casserole. They cook up perfectly tender without turning mushy, and the texture holds up so well in the creamy sauce. Second choice for recipies
I have always prefered diced frozen potatoes in my potato casserole but these are a nice close second when the diced are sold out around the holidays. Great quality.

I’ve been really enjoying the Ore-Ida Shredded Hash Browns. They’re super convenient and cook up exactly how I like them—crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. These hash browns are a staple in my house. They cook up easy and get nice and crispy every time, which is more than I can say for some other brands I’ve tried. The big bag lasts a good while and works for breakfast or tossing into a quick casserole. Good flavor, good texture, no fuss. Simple and reliable — definitely worth buying.
