I had bought this before a month ago and loved it I hardly even needed seasoning and flavor was delicious I couldn’t stop picking it when cooking. So bought 3 pack recently and I regret it. It was off tasted rubbery disgusting white patches everywhere my husband is a meat lover and he tried one and didn’t touch the rest. They have changed it.

THIS grass-fed hamburger is SUPER yummy! I enjoy eating a hamburger once every week now, purchading this hamburger only. Be sure to cook to medium rare, no longer to keep the meat juicy and to reap the most benefits of the B vitamins, Magnesium and Zinc. I LOVE it!!! :)

I've been buying 100% grassfed for years, and I appreciate what Target is doing here, but it's not great meat. The smell and texture is often unnappealing, with chewy bits and a markedly unfresh aroma. The package doesn't even say where it's from. It's easy to find better, local options at this price. Maybe just ditch the "organic" buzzword, and focus on the "grassfed" and the quality, which is lacking. Also, small amounts of trans fat occur naturally in beef... which is why you see it marked on the package.

While this isn't the best organic and/or grassfed ground beef I've ever had, it is good quality and a good price. Also, I'd like to counter a couple of one star reviews I've read on this site. One revciewer said they gave one star because this beef listed trans fat on the nutrition label. The transfat in beef is CLA, Conjugated Linoleic Acid, a naturally occuring transfat that is actually good for you, not the fake man-made hydrogenated transfat like in margarine. Do a little research. And another reviewer gave one star because they said they were sold expired meat. While I agree if it's past the date it should be used/sold by it shouldn't still be on the shelf, but if you go into the store and pick it out yourself, it's also up to you to check the date on it before you buy it.
