    Thought it was a sample size

    The product is till wonderful but the product size has shrunk.. I thought I had opened a deluxe sample.

    Love this product

    I love the employees at ultra in Fall River Massachusetts. They're very helpful and patient and they do know their stuff. I at least spend 150 to 200 every time I go and I'm never disappointed thank you so much girls.❤️

    New packaging is misleading

    I have used and loved this product for years. I just purchased one in the new packaging for the first time and then was able to buy one in the old packaging and compare. Unfortunately I will not be buying this product denim this company anymore as they’ve clearly cut the product you get in half but somehow still label them as the same size and charge the same price? Did they think no one would notice this?

    Runny, watery , new formula

    I miss the old formula, now it is very runny kind of texture. Does brighten the area, not too much difference in puffiness.

    Very impressed with this product

    I've tried numerous eye creams to help reduce fine lines, to lighten my dark circles and bring moisture to the area. This is by far one of the better products I have used to manage my sensitive eye area. I've seen improvements in all three areas with this brightening cream! My undereye area stays moisturized all day and I definitely notice a brighter look to my skin.

    Helps dark circles and fine lines

    I'm on my 2nd jar. I think it does help dark circles and fine lines. I wear this in the morning. It does not irritate my skin.

    Bad Redesign Eye Cream

    I have been using the Ginzing Refreshing Eye Cream for years and loved it until the 'new container.' It says .5fl but it is half empty. I never understood why retailers make changes that don't make sense. Change is good but only if it is for the 'better.' In this case, the new container sucks and it looks way less that .5fl. I am shopping for other eye cream that is not Origins.

    Greedy company

    I feel really sad to have to rate this a bad review but these companies need to stop being so greedy and frauding the consumer should not be normalized .. first off i've been using this product for years and most recently they changed the packaging . Let me say how disappointing it is that not only is the product half empty but the cream itself feels more watery like they watered it down . it is NOT the same consistency . Second , it's such a scam strategy to change the package to give the appearance of a lot of product but when you open you realize how little product is actually in there even though the rim of the containers looks like you're getting alot more product than you are it is desciveing for the new packaging . I will Or be buying this again

    Won't buy again

    After using this cream for many years, it has changed. I bought a week ago, arrived today. In a ridiculous tub you'll never get all the cream out of, but also half full! Time to look at other brands, for the money you pay you'd expect quality. This certainly isn't I'm afraid.

    Great product

    Love the product! It does what it says and reduces my puffy eyes for the day before I put on makeup. The only reason it isn't 5 stars is because I do not like the new packaging. The narrow neck makes it difficult to get to the cream.

    The product is great, the new packaging sucks.

    I having been using this product for a few years now. I always get it as a Christmas present. This year when I opened the box I saw the new packaging. I first off do not like the new rust almost brown color the orange now is but I can look past that. However when I opened I see that the new packaging has a lip inside the jar. I greatly appreciated the previous packaging for its ease of use and the fact that I could get out all of the cream. The new lip will make this much more difficult. Very disappointed and I really hope they go back to the old packing cause it was definitely a 5 star product before this change.

    The quality of Origins have gone down hills, the eye cream is not the same, and It's size shrink significantly, you order a full size and only get half of a bottle filled. will no longer shop hours again.

    Containers arrived partly empty!

    I won't be buying Origins after opening this eye cream and finding a large bubble of empty space in the container. I bought 2 of the same EXPENSIVE creams, and there's a bubble in BOTH containers. In fact, there were bubbles in ALL cream containers of my recent purchases. See photos. I have loved and used your products for 25+ years. This has happened to me before. I cannot trust a company that doesn't send completely filled containers of wildly expensive products.

    This leaves flaky residue when it dries and seems to settle into my under eye lines. Doesn’t help with applying concealer.
