Bologna sandwiches are a budget-friendly dose of nostalgia with every bite. You HAVE to pair it with white bread, mayo and mustard, finished off with a good ole slice of American cheese. I loved these growing up, but as an adult, going for the all-beef version lets me feel more comfortable about the ingredients I’m putting into my body. For a different culinary experience, try making bologna boats! Fry some beef bologna, add mashed potatoes to the center (leftovers are great for this!), and top with cheese. Throw it under the over broiler just long enough to melt the cheese. Such a fun, cheap meal!

The Oscar Mayer Beef Bologona was par for course with regards to bologona. The center of each piece appeared to be cut or torn. It is not terrible, but does not stand out. I prefer deli bologna to be honest, however I cannot tell a difference in the way the beef bologna tastes vs regular bologna.
