Q: Does it help with knee pain

A: When I took it, I noticed knee improvement, as well as in my hips. Of course, it all depends on the severity and nature of your health problems as to how much it will help.

Works great, but pills are huge
This works so good! I’ve always take vitamin D, and have had hip pain for most of my life. This helped the pain within days of starting it. Be warned that the pills are HUGE unfortunately. You have to take two so that would be my only complaint.

Triple Strength is Wonderful!
I've been taking it for about a week now and I can see an improvement for me. I was taking the regular Osteo Bi-Flex and that was working but not as effectively as this version. When Ed's runs out, he's also decided to switch to Triple Strength as well. I create a weekly vitamin and meds box every week and have now added two Triple Strength to the regimen as well. This, in conjunction with my new gym regime and soon a whole new diet, is really paying off in terms of feeling much better, more flexible and a lot less pain. The true test will come when I restart on-ground college later this month. I'm a non-traditional student and have had trouble sitting for long class times due to my rheumatoid arthritis, but I'm hoping that will change now that I have Triple Strength on my side!

Amazing
My husband recommended this as my knee pain was unbearable. I must say after day 1 my knee pain is almost done to a 2 on a 1-10 scale. This product works will be buying more. This has saved me a trip to the doctor for now. I know something is wrong with my knee but this is definitely helping in the meantime.

This stuff WORKS
I've tried just about every product and combonation of products out there. This one helps my joints, and increases my mobility...hands, feet, knees and hips. I get a better deal at Swanson too!
