Oster Blade Wash Cleaning Solution, 18 oz

I have been using Oster Blade Wash for at least 10 years. Originally, it was a liquid and you had to pour it into a shallow dish and immerse the clipper blades for cleaning. A bit messy, but it worked. So, when they came out with this version, BAM! life got so much easier. Love, love, love this product.

This blade wash is so easy to use. I just pour s small amount into the cap, immerse the clipper blade then turn the clippers on for a few seconds and wipe dry.

Necesarry item if you want to make your clipper blades last longer and work better.

Oh how I love the customer service professionals at SmartPak! I called and asked them what products would help to cool down and clean my clippers and they recommended the Oster Kool Lube and Oster Blade Wash. Both worked beautifully and did the trick. SmartPak rocks it once again!

Use this for my Big Clippers when I clip my horse for the winter. Has always kept the blades clean & working well

This blade wash thoroughly cleans the clipper blades. The only drawback is that you have to use a flat dish or receptacle to fill with blade wash so you can lower the clipper blades to wash. Otherwise you would have to completely remove the blades to wash. It's really not a problem, just one more step. This is the only blade wash I like.

I soaked my new blades and some old dirty blades in this blade wash and the dirt/hair just floated off the dirty blades. Seemed to remove the 'preservative' off my new blades because they cut well after their soak.

If there is a better blade wash product, I don't know what it is. This keeps my blades clean, helps them stay sharp longer, and makes cleanup after clipping a breeze.

The blade wash works good. Kept my clippers clean. I just wish it was cheaper!

Great product and hard to find locally anymore. It immediately cleans blades to new condition without residue. Only downfall is that you cannot dip the clippers directly into the solution. You must either use the lid or another container. Still a great product and will continue to use it.

Don't think of body clipping without a can at your side. Frequent spraying of the blades helps keep blades cool as well as clean.

I love the blade wash. I use the lid to hold the wash and have taken to washing the blades after every use and it makes them last WAY longer.

I have been looking for blade wash for a few months, and am so excited to see that SmartPak is carrying it. One of those products that you only need once or twice a year, but it make such a difference in keeping your blades clean and lubed while you are clipping, especially if your horse is dirty. I had to find another container to pour it into - I wish they made it in a wide opening can that you could dip your blades into instead of a canister, but it's easy enough to find an empty supplement bucket. Thanks for adding all the new clipping products!
