I’ve had OtterBox cases since I started using iPhones and unfortunately this one did not live up to OtterBox standards. I dropped my phone from about three feet onto the floor and the entire back has shattered. I was always a die hard OtterBox supported but this is extremely disappointing.

I have this case and my phone fell from about waist height and the back shattered. Just fell on tile floor flat on the back. Definitely get a more robust case because this did nothing

Purchased this case and it doesn’t fit the iPhone 12 Pro as the description says, also this is not a hard shell case, it’s flexible. Not the typical hard shell that otter box has.

Hi, Julie! We're sorry to hear about your frustration with your Symmetry Series case! The good news is, we have a helpful tip for easier installation of that OtterBox. We recommend installing the case on the right corner first. Once your camera and power buttons are in the case, move clockwise, and insert the bottom right corner of the phone into the corresponding corner of the case, so that the right side of the phone is installed in your OtterBox. After, apply pressure to the bottom left corner then the top left corner. To remove the case, simply do these steps in reverse! I just received this case today. Not sure why everyone says they had a lot of trouble putting it on. I put the side with the volume buttons in first and then did top right corner and the bottom right. Took me only a couple of minutes. Not sure how easily it will come off, but I am not one to take phone in and out of cases. Nice tight fit. I feel the phone will be well protected. Will update the review after I have used the case for a while.

I bought this about a month ago now and I loved it, I thought it was going to be bulky like a lot of the otter boxes but it wasn’t it was perfectly slim yet very protective. I saw reviews that said it was hard to put on but it really wasn’t you just gotta snap it in. The rubber sides though get a little dirty and I put my phone a lot in my Jean pockets so it’s starting to get a little blue from the sides not a lot though.
Like the look, but it's not "grippy"

I definitely like the look of this case, much better than the solid color ones in my opinion. But since the iPhone 12 is bit wide this case needs more "grip" on the sides in order to hang on to it.

I’ve had it for a couple of weeks now. I haven’t dropped my phone with the case on it (yet) but, I like how the size of the phone with the case on it still isn’t to big or bulky and I love the design. Like I said tho I haven’t dropped the phone so I can’t really speak on the durability or how well it protects your phone which is why I can’t give it 5 ⭐️
