Best leave in conditioner i've had. It detangles quickly and leaves my hair very soft. While I know some don't like the smell, I personally love it and have gotten compliments on my hair smelling good after using it. Only con: I always have a little product left at the bottom that cannot be reached by the sprayer tube (or whatever it is called). It feels wasteful to leave it there unused.

I love this deranged, leave in conditioner. I use this every time I wash my hair as my after showering routine. It leaves my hair soft, conditioned and detailed with just a few sprays. Been using it over 2 years now, always have a travel size for when I leave home. Can't recommend it enough. When it gets low I remove tge sprayer and put on hands then in hair. Get every drop.

While it usually takes me about ten minutes to comb the tangles out of my wet hair, it took less than 2 minutes with this Ouai. I love it!!

I wanted to love this but wow this is the worst leave in conditioner ever. It works as a detangler when your hair is wet but it dries your hair out into a crunchy mess. It also doesn't smell good.

My daughter has thick wavy hair and no matter how many curly/wavy leave ins I try her hair feels dry by day 2 after wash and frizz returns. I used this twice so far after innersense cowash/conditioner and its been a great combo, her hair looks and feels truly conditioned.

I have been a cosmetologist for 34 years. This is a really good leave in for dry hair. You do not need a lot of product. I wash my hair daily, which you should do if you have an oily scalp and I have not had any issues with build up. It smells great and not an overpowering smell. I wish that our beauty supply would carry this because it is a tad pricey.

Just to get to the gist I do not like this product nor would I recommend it, especially for the price. I did give it two stars because it did in fact prevent my hair from tangling, and I personally do like the smell, however it leaves so much build up! You can feel it on your fingers not to mention how it left build up all over my hairbrush and straightener. I live in an area with really hard water too so I use a clarifying shampoo frequently and really was using no other products on my hair post shower so I know this is what was leaving all the residue. I learned to only use 1 spray on my damp hair and after trying that for a couple of weeks it was still gross. I actually got this product gifted to me and can't fathom paying for it. It bugged me so much a threw out my pretty much full bottle. Yes it hydrates and prevents tangles but there are so many other products, don't bother with this one.

I will say that it did detangle well, but with how much product I had to use for just one day, this bottle would only last me about 5 days. That's pretty expensive to have to replace that often. I only decided to try this at the recommendation of the Ulta employees in my store (after asking for something best for curls) and had heard many people talk about these products, but I will be steering clear in the future. My other main complaint is the smell. It smells like an old lady perfume. And since I had to use so much, I feel like I have doused myself in it. I'm not super sensitive to smells, but I'm seriously considering going to wash my hair and starting over again just to get the smell out. Even with all of my other hair products on top of it, that's all I can smell. Overall, this may work if you have fine hair or you just don't get a lot of tangles.

I love the scent of all the Oua products which is a bonus but this effectiveness of the product is equally impressive. I have fine, straight hair with extensions in and my daughters, 1 curly and 1 wavy with fine hair. All 3 of use it and it works on our hair, For mine, it keeps my extensions smooth, shines and deranged. For my daughters it helps to smooth and define their waves and curls.
