A: No, this doll does not bend at the knees but it hasn't affected my daughter's enjoyment and use with the horses.

A: She only really bends at the hips. But the legs are made of soft rubber and she's kind of bow-legged, so she can sit on the horse. Maybe that's what they mean by poseable.

A: Yes, she does. My daughter has had her for five months and just took out her original braids this past weekend, so it was pretty curly, but she just had me put double braids back in.

Q: Sorry about my previous post. My Lillie Anna doll DOES have a dress in the box. The color of the dress and box are so similar that I could not see it at the angle at which I was looking. She is bendable too.

Q: Someone bought this doll for my daughter's birthday a few years ago. It says she is Deluxe but ours doesn't bed at her knees or elbows. Did Lily Anna change to be a Deluxe doll at some point in the last couple years or has she always been Deluxe?

A: Hi AllieS. The Lily Anna doll has always been part of the Deluxe doll line with softer knees and elbows that bend. When new they can sometimes be a bit stiffer and just need some bending action to loosen them a bit. The Battat Team

Q: Will the regular Our Generation dolls be able to sit on a American Doll Horse or does it have to be a deluxe doll.

A: Hi Shirley! All Our Generation dolls including regular dolls can rotate at the hips in order to move their legs, so they should be able to be seated on a horse. However please keep in mind that even posable Deluxe dolls who bend at the knees will still need some help from the children playing with them in order to stay seated on the horse (but we think that's okay since it's part of the fun of paying with the dolls!)

Q: My daughter likes to be able to style a doll's hair. How is LilyAna's hair after you take out the braids? Will it straighten or does is stay curly (then become frizzy)??

A: Hi there! We design all Our Generation dolls to have soft, silky hair that can be brushed and styled by kids - we think it's more fun that way! Lily Anna's hair will be slightly kinked from the braids when you undo them, but you can relax the hair by brushing it with a light mist of water. Q: I am looking for a poseable Caucasian doll with dark hair and brown eyes and the riding accessories. Is the blonde LilyAna the only option for a doll with the horseback riding accesssories?

A: Hmmm...there are so many dolls to choose from! Even non-poseable dolls can sit on the OG Horses (although only in one position). The Catarina™ Riding Doll is non-poseable, but has brown hair, brown eyes, and comes with riding clothes in the box. If you are looking for an OG doll that looks similar to a little girl you know, you can always purchase a riding outfit and accessories separately to complete the look. For example, Reese™ is a poseable doll with fair skin, brown hair, and brown eyes, and with a few horse care items and riding fashion sets she would be ready to ride! my 3 year old was gifted this for christmas and really likes it. the doll is good quality with high quality accessories and clothes. the joints are not as mobile as with american girl dolls, but the doll is just as beautiful as the AG ones! the book that's included is also really sweet.

My granddaughter is taking riding lessons & loves horses. This doll, which was dressed in the riding outfit, was perfect! The doll is much cuter in person with her long, braided hair. Having the dress & shoes as a extra outfit was an additional bonus. My granddaughter loved the doll for her November birthday. I gave her the Our Generation horse that is a companion to the 18" doll. She was crazy about the horse! Reasonable prices, nicely made and very cute. I'm delighted!
