Q: I see a lot of comments from several months ago that the boots are almost impossible to get on. Has this design flaw been fixed?

A: Hi eschip. The boots fit on the Our Generation dolls and work best when a sock or pair of tights are used. They are a tight fit and works to keep the boots on the feet of the Our generation dolls. Please note that the boots may not fit other brands of dolls, as their feet are a different size and not compatible. The Battat Team

We tried so hard to get the boots on an American Girl doll and couldn’t get them on at all (we were really afraid that with how hard we were trying something was going to give/break). They will go on the Target brand (Our Generation) but the AG’s lower leg, ankle, and foot when held next to OG isn’t as narrow, which makes sense why the boots don’t fit. Shame because that was a main reason for buying this outfit!

A: Hi Whitney. The Our Generation dolls are 18" dolls and the outfits are made to fit them. The Barbie brand of dolls are much smaller and will not fit the OG clothing. The Battat Team

All of our outfits are designed and sized for Our Generation dolls. Our outfits do fit other dolls, but it's not guaranteed, unfortunately. My daughter loves this outfit, but we had to cut slits down the back of the boots to get the on. Otherwise they were impossible.

Couldn’t get the boots on. Came to the reviews here to see if anyone had successfully cut the boots to make them fit. I can’t believe this hasn’t been resolved by the company after reading how many other people have complained about this. My daughter is cheetah/leopard obsessed and loves the rest of the outfit although says the sunglasses are a bit loose.
