A: Hi Jeanne. This Our Generation Golden Poodle Pup is a non automated toy and the legs can be manually moved to put in different positions. There is a different OG automated pup which is battery operated that can walk and bark when buttons on its back are pressed. That pup is the Playful Paws Goldendoodle (available on Target.com). This little dog is adorable and my granddaughter will be happy with it. My problem is with the way Target shipped the item in a thin mailing bag. This is a Christmas gift for a five year old and the box arrived crushed and torn. I’ll take it but I wish Target would understand that shipping is also part of the customer experience.
