[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I started with the 10” Always Pan and have been very happy with it. I also like the smaller pan and the mini perfect pot. Unfortunately I thought I would be getting the same color but the two newest pans are a lot lighter shade (spice) than the first pan. Also, I find that I need to use higher heat with these pans than I do with my stainless steel cookware if I don’t want to wait forever to eat. I have an induction cooktop and with a stainless pan I will fry an egg at the second setting. With the always pan I’d better go to four or it just dries out before it fries. Same with boiling liquid. I never use high heat but certainly medium high or it take sun unbelievably long time to boil or cook.

Whether you're flipping, sautéing, or simmering, it performs beautifully. Cleaning is just as easy, with no stubborn residue sticking around. I’ve already recommended it to a few friends, and I can't see myself using anything else in the kitchen now.

I find all the Our Place pans I have purchased to distribute heat gently but effectively. I've had to switch from electric to gas cooking and this feature has helped this transition. My HexClad is collecting dust.
