A: Our Always Pan was designed to be compatible with all stovetops! Ideally, the ring on your stovetop is aligned with the center of the bottom (4.5 – 6 inches in diameter) to ensure a solid magnetic connection. Typically that means using the smallest burner if you've got an induction stove.

Q: Does the handle get hot when cooking on the stove top?

A: Yes, the small handle (we call it our "helper handle") is part of the same cast aluminum body as the Always Pan so it will definitely get hot. The long handle and knob of your cookware is constructed to minimize heat transfer, but are metal, so these may become hot during prolonged cooking or from radiant stovetop heat. Please use caution when removing lids or touching handles. Always use our Hot Grips or Hot Mitts (sold separately), or any oven mitt or towel when using the helper handle.

Handle gets so hot you can’t touch it. It’s Bebe side of the hallow square design. The non stick does not last. Not great quality for the price. The bottom coating is starting to bubble and peel off.

Something that is hard too is the handles do get very hot making it hard to handle while cooking. I do love the pan just am sad about those two facts since you pay good money for these better pans!

In my case, I give them away and get another one. I’ve tried different colors to see which one will last longer. Even though my favorite color is stem, it’s not the strongest one. I love cooking in this pan. Is my go to everyday cooking tool. Quality is good enough for something you will use intensely, but don’t expect it to outlive you. The always pan is useful but also delicate. Treat it right and gentle. Don’t use high heat or put sharp injects inside. You will easily ruin it if not careful. But don’t be scared, because you’ll do a lot with it. I don’t mind getting another one if needed some day.

I was inspired to make Bolognese sauce from scratch and it was great (the pan that is, unfortunately not the sauce)! Clean up was easy and the pan is big enough to make large amounts. Alas my sauce was not very good but this pan is so easy to cook with, that I will be trying out more recipes in the future. It is fun to cook when you have the right cookware!

The handle is legitimately a burn hazard. If I’m cooking something for longer than 15 mins, the handle starts smoking and making a high pitched noise. I get that handles get hot but not this fast or to this degree. Would not recommend.

And when washing it, the food will not get off. I don’t know why this happened since I was so careful with it. I would like to return it please.
