The coating is so smooth food doesn't stick. It heats up and distributes the heat so evenly whether it's a gas or electric cooktop so the food cooks evenly. And last, it is so easy to clean. And the bonus is it looks good sitting out! I have the purple pan, and ended up buying my mother one as I was so impressed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It has been great to know that I am cooking in a safer way, however , I am rating 4 because today we noticed a sound coming from the hanger screw that is at the end, it was blowing hot air and smelled like burned plastic. I immediately turned off the flame. I have had my pan for a few months and usually cook only eggs on it.

He could not be more delighted and yells at me when I use his pans. They are easy to clean and care for, even though you do need to hand wash them, once you get in the routine of washing them right after you use them, there is no problem. We’ve been trying to Brin joy back into our cooking and these little pops of color brighten our kitchen. Thank you for helping us to refind our joy!
