A: No, the shade does not come in custom cut sizes. It is not recommended to shorten the shade because it will damage the operating mechanism and void the manufacturers warranty.

Q: How can I secure the bottom when the shade us all the way down to keep it from blowing around?
A: The shade includes a wind tie down, but we recommend during very windy or extreme weather condition to roll up the shade or take down the shade to prevent shade damage.

Q: How does the top of this shade attach? I have one from 4 yrs ago and it has 4 triangular clips that can hook on to a cup hook or nail.

Q: Installed with the pins it came with;wind blew the shade down. Handyman bought closed metal pins and closed rings to secure it. How can I secure the shade when 40-50 mph winds are predicted?
