Firm, washable, good price, delivery was a BIG hassle. Store was sold out. Ordered online. Knew I wouldn't be home. Ordered to my PO Box. Order accepted. Fedx then changed my delivery address to my home. Spent a day trying to find help so it wouldn't be stolen. Fedx site offed nothing but frustration. No way to resolve. If Target can't deliver as directed, they should say so. I'm done with them. I'll go back to Amazon.
