Q: Are the lids.straws interchangable with the old style? I like that the old style 24oz and 30oz lids and straws all fit each other and would like to try the new one, but I don't want an odd set.

A: That is an excellent question. The lid for the FreeSip Sway is not interchangeable with any of our other FreeSip products. The straws all have the same diameter but may be differing in lengths. Q: Will this fit in a backpack outside/side pocket?

A: That is a great question. The FreeSip Sway is designed with a tapered base to fit in cupholders and other holders, however, there may be some variability depending on the size of the pocket. Q: Can I use my own straw in it?

A: That is a great question. The FreeSip Stainless Steel bottle is designed with technology for sipping through a straw, or chugging through the spout. In addition to this, the straw is removable, but we do not encourage the use of different straws as they may not be compatible with the FreeSip lid. Now I have no idea which one is sleek. I have to go in person and search for the one I want now. I ended up getting a refund but what a headache!

Ordered it online and I received the wrong lid AND bottle. Super frustrating that I will need to mail it back or drive to the store, when chances are, the store won’t have it in stock. This bottle is to replace another Target Owala that has started to lose its ice keeping ability. From now on, I’ll be ordering straight from the Owala site.

totally just not the right color. the picture on the website pulls up as this lovely dark blue-green color, but irl it’s a lot more of a sage green. it is NOT what i was looking for at all.

I received the wrong color as well when I did drive up and go. So I went into the store to exchange it and apparently the sage color and the meadow one are both under the same number somehow? They said they don’t have the meadow one and that somehow in their system it scans as the sage one and says it’s the correct one! So if you are trying to buy the meadow color I would go into the store and look for it. My store didn’t even have the color so I had to stay with the sage one :(

Really like the quality design on this bottle. Fits perfectly in my car's cup holder, which is a plus especially for a 30oz bottle! handle is really nicely made to carry. This bottle gives you 2 options to drink from, built in straw (which is my thing) and a chug option for more water consumption. Also, has an option to lock the cover for when it's in the bag or in a toddlers hands (wink, wink).

I unfortunately took the label off and started using my new bottle. Unfortunate because it wasn't till I was using it that I got that gut feeling something was off with the color. I didn't love the color even though I did online when I ordered it. Sure enough went through all the colors and I recieved Sage Green and not Misty Mountain. Looks like I am not the only person by reviews who had this happen too. Be warned to look closly to these similar colors and not trust Target to send you what you ordered.
