The serrated peeler works great for peeling most kinds of hard vegetables. It holds up great at peeling potatoes, a quick easy job . It cleans up great in hot soapy water, I like to let mine air dry completely before putting away .

I have had this OXO peeler for at least 15 years! It’s the only peeler that I feel safe using. Even after all these years, the blades still work and peel with precision.

This peeler is the most comfortable and easiest one to use that I have ever owned. It swivels well and peels smoothly. I'm pretty safe in the kitchen and almost sliced the knuckle of my thumb off while peeling potatoes. It's because the blade is actually really long and while focusing on an area to peel it is easy to forget how far it extends when peeling. Be careful yall!

I was able to get everything I needed peels done pretty fast. I love it has a cover for the blade when it’s not being used since I have a toddler in the house. I would highly recommend this peel to family and friends because it made things easier for me. It’s made with good quality materials and should last us a long time.

I like the OXO brand and I have other kitchen tools/utensils from them so it seemed fitting to have a peeler to "match" some of my other gadgets. It's really nice having a new peeler now! My only complaint is that I wish that the peeler itself was slightly longer but that's personal preference. It's a solid gadget, a kitchen "staple" if you will, and I've been happy with it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great serrated peeler that arrived just in time for peach season. I usually buy peaches in bulk then peel most of them and freeze them. This OXO peeler is great. It has a sharp fine serrated blade that takes of the soft thin peel perfectly without wasting a lot of the fruit. It is also easier than peeling with a knife. The handle fits nicely in my hand and has a nice soft grip. It made my task go a lot faster. I also tried this on some of the other things in our garden with soft skins like tomatoes and grapes which I normally never peel but wanted to see how this OXO peeler would do and it does work well. This is priced really well and a great utensil to have in the kitchen drawer.

I strongly prefer this type of peeler to the horizontal one. I am injury-prone and this seems to keep my fingers safe. Very smooth and somehow better than the cheaper ones I have used. A very inexpensive luxury.
