    I placed a driveup order for 4 cases of Ozarka water and only received 1 case and when I said something to the young lady that gave me my order, she stated sorry I’m not the one who prepped the order, I asked her how long would the wait be, she stated it won’t be long…..I used to really love target driveup, but now the service has gone downhill, like how do you overlook 3 whole big cases of water????

    Order was placed last night. Order was ready for pickup so I went to pick it and everything but the water in the order. Asked why it was canceled and the associate had no answer and was very rude. It was canceled for technical reasons as why it was cancelled. What does that even mean? The water was in stock so now I have to place another order and come back to the store. Not very convenient at all and this has happened more than once on top of receiving expired items.

    The item is not the issue. The review is for the length of time I have to sit in my vehicle to wait for my pickup order. I order through pickup for it to be more convenient and time saving and it’s just as long or longer. Workers need to work faster or just have more employees to help work out the orders.

Like someone punctured a hole in it maybe they dropped it or maybe they and processing me packing it up I don’t know, but I just left them in the garage in case they leak. I didn’t want them in the house.
