Great for my special needs child
I have a special needs child, who does take supplement and need to keep his supplement cold. He takes this bag with him to School, and keeps his supplement cold all day 3-11 ounce bottles with absolutely no problems. I even throw in an ice pack just because but I don’t even have to. It literally holds up all day. The size is great. Material is great. Insulation is wonderful. It has lasted for six months with no problems and fits so much more but I only need a few supplements but it is great if you need to put more.

I absolutely love the concept but my bag was not made well and coming apart at the seams. bag stayed cool all day but not ice cold .

Nice concept poor quality
The size is good for someone who eats little. I don’t like bags shaped like this, smaller on top. One side of the bag came messed up, the top half has nothing in it so it doesn’t freeze. Due to the shape of the bag it’s hard to put a bowl in when it’s frozen. Pricy for the value. Need a better bag design and quality checks.

Great option for keeping fyour food cool!
I liked that this bag has longer straps for carrying. I got tired of the ice packs, this is just easier. I know it will stay cold, and I don’t have to refrigerate it. It’s the most practical option for bringing your food anywhere.

Best buy
I love it. This is my 2nd one. The 1st one I brought Over three years ago wanted to treat myself to a new one. now the second one is used by my son and last all day long while he’s in school. It very easy to clean and very convenient. I am very happy with it and highly recommend to anyone

I ordered this lunch bag over a week ago and it doesn’t stay frozen!! I don’t think that’s right when you charge so much!!

The smaller pack it's maintain the food colder than this size. If suggest with going with the original sizes. Such a disappointment but I can't do much about it.

A bit heavy
the ice made it too heavy for my 1/2 mile walk from car to office and didn't keep everything cold that needed to cold.

Used PackIts for years
My daughter started kindergarten and this is her lunchbox. Her brother has used a packit for the last 7 yrs and counting. We wouldn’t use anything else. Stays cold all day and freeze it overnight.

The ice packs embedded within it do not stay cold throughout a day maybe max 2 hours before it starts to warm up by lunch time it’s luke warm at best

The best!
These are the only lunch boxes I use. They are the absolute best. They keep your food/drinks cold for hours! Planning on buying a bigger one for summer cookouts!
