Q: Is this a leave in conditioner?
submitted by Connie Cincinnati - 9 months ago
A: Great question Connie! The Deep Conditioner is a rinse out conditioner and should be thoroughly rinsed with cool water after leaving on hair for five minutes.

Light coconut scent and has a creamy consistency. Decent slip. Applied heat for 15 minutes. My hair felt moisturized and balanced.

I used to use the protein packs by Palmer’s and decided to try this. WOW!!! I could not believe how soft and frizz free my hair was after one use. Sometimes deep conditioners can make my hair weighed down but not this one. I love it!

LOVEEE THIS. I have 4b hair and will forever repurchase this and the length retention deep conditioner. It truly moisturizes and gives slip. It’s up there with my higher end deep conditioners yet it’s so affordable. Buy it!

I have long thin hair. I used a small amount and worked through the ends of my hair then I took my hands and pressed on my head. I worked it all in and there wasn't a lot of my head as most was on the ends. My hair came out shiny and soft (not dry). I use a shampoo that when I rinse it out, my hair squeeks and I mean like a hard squeek so I'm starting with super clean hair.
Won't buy again.

Wasn’t very moisturizing, I was expecting it to to soften my hair, didn’t do much of that

This left my frizzy hair so silky. You only need a little bit every few days so the jar lasts a long time

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With naturally curly hair, I'm always looking to reduce the frizz, and this deep conditioner is amazing. I work it in during my morning routine a few times a week, and my hair no longer gets frizzy. I also noticed that my scalp feels better after a few weeks of use, and I believe it's due to my skin being much healthier.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ima give this 4 stars because it's does a great job on detangling the hair and softening it, however hair looks and feels dry after it drys. Also lots of frizz too. My hair is thick and curly, so maybe for someone with less curly and thinner hair would work better. I'd still recommend the product because it still does the job.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the palmer's coconut oil formula deep conditioning conditioner about a month ago. I have been using it to help my dry damaged hair. I have noticed a big difference in my hair. It went from flat doing nothing, frizzy hair. To manageable nice shiny soft style able to manage hair. This is a really nice conditioning treatment. It only takes a little bit to go a long way too. My daughter whom has long hair has been using it and we haven't barely made a dent in the container. I definitely recommend this.
Works well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The conditioner comes in an easy to dispense container. It conditioned my hair nicely but I did leave it on my hair for at least 30 minutes. The only reason I gave it one star less is because it is not curly girl approved because it has dimethicone in it. Overall great product
Works great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great hair mask, it contains coconut oil and Tahitian Monoi. It has a creamy consistency and makes detangling easier. It also smells great, and can be use on different curl patterns. I have dry hair, and this mask left my hair moisturized. It also left my hair soft and smooth. Works great! I received this product free for my honest opinion.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product does not leave my hair feeling weighed down or looking oily, but does give a nice moisturized look that makes my wavy hair have more bounce. It also isn’t overwhelmingly coconut scented which is nice as I don’t love the scent of coconut. It also only has to be left on a couple minutes vs some masks that recommended 15+ minutes!!
Great stuff

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have super thick, curly, natural, hair and usually deep condition once or twice a week. I have been using this for almost 4 weeks now and I absolutely love it. It has a great smell to it. It's nice and creamy in texture. It's not watery whatsoever. Most importantly, it doesn't weigh my hair down or leave it feeling full.
Absolutely love!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using this product for about two weeks now. My hair tends to get dry and very frizzy with usual shampoo and conditioners. I used this deep conditioner and my hair is very silky. Probably the best my hair has felt! Feels like I stepped out the salon. Would definitely recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 4c hair is really thick and loves a good deep conditioning. My hair is treated with some color and I like to use products that leave it refreshed. This conditioner did the job for me and I love it. I do wish it had different scents but the smell is not bad at all.
Okay deep conditioner

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nothing exceptional about this deep conditioner. it smells really good and does what it’s supposed to but I’ll probably be sticking to my usual after I finish this (even though it’s twice the price). Leaves my long, slightly damaged, curly hair feeling soft. Does enhance my curls a bit. But my hair is very fine and I feel like this weighs it down a bit. Overall decent product, especially if you’re on a budget.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife loves this conditioner. It gives her hair a great sheen. The moisture boost helps her hair bounce back after a week of using her heat products. It leaves her hair feeling silky and smooth while giving it back it's healthy look. The coconut smell is good too. It's not overpowering, but just right.
