submitted byToijtyi - 5 months agoA: 10 days. Newborns are changed every 2 to 3 hours. Changing them less frequently can lead to diaper rash which is incredibly painful and difficult to treat. It's best to change your newborn baby every 3 hours at first, no matter what. Obviously, if you hear them half a bowel movement, change them immediately. But the pamper spoilers are great and that they have a line that turns blue. If they're wet. You'll want to check the diaper every 3 hours. Often. Newborns are so sleepy. You'll have to wake them up to feed them. So a typical routine can be turning on the lights, changing the diaper which usually wakes most babies and then offering them food. Every 3 hours. That usually means that two adults need to work in shifts. 6 hours on 6 hours off usually works really well. Or if you have one person going back to work, 12 on 12 off also works well. Changing every 3 hours will ensure that they stay dry and don't get diaper rashes. That means you'll have 8 diapers a day, and that means an 84 pack will last you just over 10 days. You'll need 384 packs a month.

A: Seventh generation makes a version without designs, but they are more beige/ off white since they don't use bleach. Babyganics only has a tiny strip of a design at front waist, and would easily be hidden if rolling diapers for cake. I believe earth's best diapers are also without design. But swaddlers have light coloring design around leg holes and front design and small details on back also.

What did they do to these diapers?
I’ve been buying pampers swaddlers for years, they have always been great.. until now, my most recent box. I was surprised to find that they changed their diapers? They are no longer soft, rather they feel like paper and are really thin. They also smell odd, almost musty, or chemical even.. so there’s no more “powdery” scent that they used to have. The design is also obviously different. I can’t comment on absorbency as I just got the box, but I’m very disappointed at the sudden change. Had I known, then I wouldn’t have bought a whole box. This really came as a surprise. The quality just feels like it went down and I am not happy. :(

Just changed and new version not good
The new ones suck, they just changed these and the newborn size specifically has changed. They are wider, and no longer the small newborn size diapers the hospitals give you. These do not fit my baby anymore, they are too big. And on top of that, they aren’t as soft. I wish I could go beg the hospital for more of their stock since it seems no where else has the old version anymore.

Upon arriving to pick up the items, we were given the wrong size diapers/count diapers. When we noticed we informed the the cashier at customer service that it was wrong he told us that we could just go grab them off the shelves our self. I feel as though that was extremely unprofessional and quite rude. I have never had an issue like this with an order.

Baby itches from these and leaves scratch marks. This is recent with new tan/yellow label. Had a box of old (bright yellow) and symptoms went away. They are back again(tan label)Switching diapers immediately
