They are supposed to be 1.5 , which is the boldest I've seen. Well, it didn't seem like they were all that bold. What really was a bummer is the fact 2 of the pens fling apart as soon as you press down to write! I hate having to do returns.

Giving 3 stars. This was an online order. I love the pens but I’m disappointed in the colors. I realize that the description says ‘colors may vary’ but I was not expecting 2 blue, 2 black and a red. Was hoping for the colors in the photo or something a little more varied:(

I understand that these are ballpoint pens (not gel), but these are disappointing. There is nothing "bold" about the way these write. I would not buy these again.
