Terrible to put together. The instructions are AWFUL. So, if you are an engineer or can easily locate one, have them put it together. Otherwise, our cats loved it. 😂

Challenging to put together but very cute. Not fat cat friendly. Our 15 pound cat broke it about a week in.

Putting this together involved the worst fight my family ever had. There were tears and scratching- and that was the humans. I have put together IKEA furniture faster than I did this. I don't think I'd buy this brand again. I'll buy my cats an actual bakery.

It’s cute but as others said really hard to assemble. Also having had it for only a few weeks, it’s already collapsed several times. Just not worth buying. The other scratch house construction is better.

Instructions are terrible. Difficult to put the last few tabs in and have them lock in into place.

I was walking through Target when I found this on a bottom shelf in the pet isle... and how can you resist buying this with how cute it is? I absolutely love this item! I ended up buing it for my kitten who needs something to stratch on in my college dorm, and it fits perfectly under my lofted bed, with space to spare! It took her a few minutes, but she went in on her own and knew how to use it immediately. The cardboard lasts quite a while too. It's also very sturdy (but that could also be just because I have a kitten and not a full grown cat yet). The only and biggest issue I had with the product is that it was difficult to put together. More so in the fact that the directions where absolutely no help and more confusing itself and online doesn't have much in terms of videos or better directions.

I would say it’s five stars for our kitty at least. Agree with others that it was a challenging to put together from the instructions, but eventually got it done. Our kitty likes the main “downstairs” area. She is in there off and on all day and likes to take her toys in with her. The biscuit-making concept is just too cute. :)

So cute, very sturdy but so difficult to put together.

While incredibly cute (and my cats love it) the quality is pretty poor. I ordered one which caved in after a few weeks. Thinking it was defective, I ordered a second, which caved in after just a few days of use. My cats are not desctructive with it and simply enjoy lounging on top of it. They also do not exceed the weight limit, which makes this product pretty dissappointing. It's a shame too, because it's super cute.

Super cute. Hard to put together without tearing up the cardboard. While the top is meant to be used, an average size cats weight will likely break. Still worth it. My babes love it

I love this cat scratcher, and so does my cat! It took me about 10 minutes to put together, which wasn’t too bad. I could see how it might be tricky for some people, but if you’re familiar with how these usually go, it’s not too hard. Once it’s all set up, it’s super sturdy. The scratchers don’t wobble or feel like they’re going to fall out. Plus, it’s absolutely adorable! It’s bigger than other ones I’ve bought, which is a nice surprise. I especially love that there’s a scratcher inside and another on the roof. My kitty took to it right away and has plenty of space to relax inside. Overall, it’s well-made, cute, and my cat is obsessed with it. Definitely worth it!
