    I will give it a 5 star for the order taking & initial contact after receipt, but it is too soon to see any results. However, I am expecting it to be as great a product as the B12 I have been taking from Pattern Wellness.

    Very pleased!

    I'm a 66 yr old woman, retired. This is a very effective supplement for those of us living in Midwest USA, relatively low year round sun exposure.     After having three kids, I started take my health more seriously. Upon doing some research I decided to add in Pattern Wellnesss Vitamin K2 & D3 supplement to my diet. K2 & D3 helps with how your bones absorb calcium along with helping your heart and blood circulation. Ive been taking it for almost two weeks now and I can already tell the difference in my every day life. I've never had such an experience from taking supplements before and this really solidified Pattern Wellness as a high-qualiy brand in my book.     Ever since I turned 30 and a mom of 2 a few years ago, Ive always been on the lookout for capsules that can help me take better care of myself. During every annual checkup, my Vitamin D levels are generally low but it is always so hard to find the right ones with the right ingredients without the use of animal products. I finally got my hands on the Vitamin K2 and D3 capsules by Pattern Wellness that are VEGAN!! I am so relieved that my body is getting the extra support it needs. I think I need to get a whole box of this so I could send them over to my family.

    Great Vitamin K2 & D3 supplements! This product from Pattern Wellness has no yucky aftertaste, is easy to swallow, and it's also definitely helping increase my Vitamin D levels! I feel so good since I've started taking them & it's been helping me keep my immune system strong. I didnt realize I need K2 to help absorb the D3. I love that it is vegan and gluten free. Great product!
