The Peace of Mind Core Curriculum for Early Childhood includes 32 scripted, sequential, weekly lessons, and may be used by a classroom teacher or a specials teacher. Each lesson offers extensions and optional storybooks and videos. All handouts are included, along with helpful teacher guidance throughout. Lessons begin with Mindfulness practice, which serves as a powerful foundation for engaging and varied social and emotional learning lessons that follow.
