Directions Single Daily Dosage (per 24 hours) children 2 to under 6 years 1 suppository per day or as directed by a doctor children under 2 years consult a doctor Administering the laxative: CAUTION: REMOVE ORANGE PROTECTIVE SHIELD BEFORE INSERTING. Hold unit upright, grasping bulb of unit with fingers. Grasp orange protective shield with other hand, pull gently to remove. With steady pressure, gently insert tip into rectum with a slight side-to-side movement, with tip pointing toward navel. Discontinue use if resistance is encountered. Forcing the tip can result in injury. Insertion may be easier if child receiving suppository bears down as if having a bowel movement. This helps relax the muscles around the anus. Squeeze the bulb until nearly all liquid is expelled. While continuing to squeeze the bulb, remove tip from rectum and discard unit. It is not necessary to empty unit completely. The unit contains more than the amount of liquid needed for effective use. A small amount of liquid will remain in the unit after squeezing. Left-side position: Place child on left side with knees bent and arms resting comfortably. Knee-chest position: Have child kneel, then lower head and chest forward until left side of face is resting on surface with left arm folded comfortably.Other information

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this is a solid OTC product for children in the 2-5 age range when they are constipated and need fairly immediate relief. It has strong positive feedback, especially for its speed and effectiveness. The biggest downsides are discomfort during use (due to applicator design) and it being more of a “rescue” tool rather than something to use all the time.

They work in about 45 min to an hr so be close to the bathroom if you are out and about. They are already measured out and ready to use! This is a suppository keep that in mind.

If I could give 0 stars I would. After reading the reviews I thought I was making the right choice for my child. I instantly regretted that once my child was screaming in pain from the liquid itself. She said it burned and I barely used any. NEVER AGAIN. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.

Life saver

Worked but still room for improvement
After 9 days of no bowel movement, laxatives on day 6&7, we used this and within a minute it worked. The insertion tip is large and it was uncomfortable for our 4 year old, he also complained the medicine hurt but we were at a last resort. I’m glad it worked but there is room for improvement.

Effective medicine, but very poor insertion tip design.
Effective medicine, but I do not understand who designed the tip. It’s as big as a standard plastic straw, which would be okay if it was tapered and flexible, but it is very rigid and blunt at the edge, making insertion extremely uncomfortable for my baby. Compared to the design of Enemeez suppositories, this is awful.

This item worked INSTANTLY! My 5 year old has been constipated for almost 2 weeks, this item and Miralax was recmded by pediatrician. Miralax wasn’t working for lower blockage, used this item as next course of action, my kid had 4 back to back bowel movements EASILY after being in pain when trying to go for the past week. Works like magic!
So, my 2 yr old has been sick for about 5 days now and since then she hasn't had a bowel movement. My husband and I decided to get something to help with her constipation because she's been complaining about her stomach hurting her. Anyway, we came across this product and after carefully reading the reviews, we decided to give it a try. Itbwas uncomfortable for my daughter and I added extra lube. I know it says 15-60 mins, but within SECONDS it worked!!!! My daughter felt relieved and we're all happy! I highly recommend and I will 100% be getting more for future needs.

Target needs to sell the Enemeez Kids line!!! This one the product is painful for kids, huge wide tube! Hard plastic it hurts the kids. And it does not always get the job done unfortunately. Instead purchase Enemeez Kids line from Amazon. Trust me!
