The Pelican Shield MagSafe case is definitely a solid, well designed, as noted in ads, mikitary grade case for my iPhone 15. Have dropped it several times, with no harm to my iPhone. I have been in heavy rain with no problems encountered with moisture getting into my iPhone. The belt clip is usable, but is not designed for a heavy grade ( i.e.: thick) Lucas belt ( professional service) application, & can be broken if it comes loose from the belt . itself. A deeper lip edge on the bottom of the belt clip could be helpful.

I completely love the new version of this case. it is a two-parter and holds my phone very secure and am pretty sure it will survive a pretty hefty fall. Of course I am not planning on testing it...but things do happen! And I am fully prepared! Thank you!

Fit and function of this case is fine, but I would not buy this product again. Full retail price is quite high. A very small special screwdriver is required to install/remove the case. The swiveling belt clip/holster suffers from a design weakness, the swivel "button" assembles/secures through the phone clip using 2 tangs that break of easily. I've gone through two of them.

This case is quite tough, but the belt clip not-so-much. The case protecting the phone is super rugged and virtually indestructible - I flat out love it. The clip broke after 1 week in use. And getting a replacement is harrowing, to say the least. First, if you don't keep a copy of the receipt, then you forfeit (?!!) your lifetime warranty - that absolutely sux and is indefensible. Second, no one at this company seems to know how to select the correct replacement part. I had to pay for 2 successsive shipment for incorrect parts before I was shipped the correct part at no extra charge. Not my favorite way to start a relationship with MagSafe. I'm sorry that I switched from the other phone protector

Great case. Will withstand a solid fall or an average toddler. It's not the most low-profile, but excellent if you want to protect your phone.
