The added sugar content (ie, honey) is extremely high. The macro of fats compared to dietary fiber & protein is high. Could do better!

We use it not only because it provides sweetness, but it also works to bind our bars together and acts as a natural preservative, as we don’t use any chemical preservatives. Additionally, because our bars are nut-butter based, they will naturally contain a higher amount of fat. Nuts primarily contain mono & polyunsaturated fats, which are considered “good fats”. I had my first Perfect Bar about a year ago and I’ve been hooked ever since. The peanut butter is my favorite, but they’re all delicious. I take them to work for a morning snack, on hikes and on bike rides to keep me going throughout the day. These are for sure the best bars on the market!!

I love this clean, tasty and satisfying bar! We have eaten many bars over the years and actually started making our own to meet our personal wishes. It costs almost the same as buying the Perfect Bar. I must confess after sampling the options… I always reorder the Peanut Butter. It’s my Go To! This bar travels fine. It prefers refrigeration to keep its firm shape. Like most Peanut Butter products Without added chemicals/stabilizers, the peanut oil wants to separate in warmer temps but it does not change the taste or the value of eating the bar.

This tasted genuinely terrible. I admit it gave me energy but the taste was so bad it reminded me of warm rubber yoga mats in a dirty yoga studio. Would eat for the protein but the taste is one you have to hold your nose to get past
