A: Same thing happen to mine in the beginning it did had the snowfall then it stop n just twinkle...the button don't work for the snowfall

Q: Is this waterproof? I know it's indoor/outdoor but can't find anything specifically about water and leaving it out in the rain or snow.

A: It is safe to use this projector outdoors, including in rain, snow, etc. That said, it should not be left in a pool of water or snow, and the electrical plug should be elevated off the ground for the same reason. A: Thank you for your interest in this product. The projector comes with a remote that has a timer button on it. The projector must be turned on prior to pressing this button. The Projector will flash three times to confirm timer is set and stay on for 6 hours and then turn off for 18 hours. View page 3 of the Quick Start Guide for further details. Depending on how strong the wind is, it may tip your projector over if you use the stand outside. You may want to place the projector on a stake into a pot. Q: how are we supposed to use tit 25 feet away from the house when it says you can't use an extension cord?

A: Hi Brenda. Thank you for your inquiry. The marking not to use the adaptor with an extension cord is a UL required marking. You can use the adaptor with an extension cord, as long as the connection point between the adaptor and the extension cord is located 1 foot (0.3m) above the ground. This can be done by using a plastic stake, or having the connection 1 foot up in a bush or tree. Missing remote
Bought right before Christmas in 2023 and did not use it last season. Unfortunately, I did not look inside the box to make sure everything was included. The remote was missing so the display cannot be changed. Very disappointing!

Great Idea, But Needs to Work
Bought two of these products in mid-November '23, just in time as stock was quite low. Lights were installed on Thanksgiving weekend, and the display was just as advertised. Loved it. Unfortunately, it took less than two weeks for one of the units to completely fail. The second one was having issues but is now working, though for how long is anyone's guess.

Target sent poorly shipped probably used unit.
The images should speak for themselves. Target did a terrible job sending this order. The box was missing pieces and looks like it was a returned unit. They do not allow returns on the app and had to go to the store to return it. Target should be embarrassed for sending something looking like this.
