This is a far better product than the 14 year old Philips shaver it replaced. It shaves closer and appears to actually to exfoliate as well. It can be cleaned in water. I assume you need to look at the website for instructions as the small booklet provided is spoare on instructions possible as it is trying to cover too many languages. This is my third Philips shaver and I doubt I will ever purchase another brand. Considering how long they last it was a very economical spend.

I've been a Norelco user for over a decade, but the box store type at a lower price point. I was hesitant to pay so much for a rotary razor, but I'm sure glad that I did. This is worth the $$$$!
