Description

I have used a Braun foil razor for years and it is good on the hard bits like upper and lower chin, but not good on the soft bits throat and cheeks, so I thought I'd try the Phillips i9000. The i9000 is great on the soft bits but not good on the hard bits so I am now using bother razors. Overall, I'm a little disappointed, and I don't like the charging cable to be a USB, meaning I have to take it out of the bathroom. A 2 pin charger would be much better for me.

So I went back to my old trustworthy Norelco with the original lift and config. and returned th i9000. Somewhat disappointed that they did away with "lift and cut". :(

I have used Philips Shavers for years and years and years. The Series 9000 that I am now using is no disappointment. It can easily and comfortably shave a growth of a day or five days effectively. The only thing I do find is that the shaving head seems a little too big for easy use to my face.
Last Norelco I bought was in 1986 and they’ve come

My doctor recommended that I stop shaving with a straight razor and switch to an good electric razor because of the meds I am on which make me basically a hemophiliac!. This Phillips razor is so easy to use in the shower with a little soap and no mirror. Quick and easy! My wife can’t even hear it when I shave in the shower because the Phillips is so quiet! My shave is so smooth . . . I will never go back to using a straight razor!

I have been using this shaver for more than a year. It is a superb shaver which gives a close shave. The feature which I like best is that the different coloured lights keep me aware of the fact of how much pressure I am exerting and when to use less pressure to avoid any possible damage to the facial skin. Well done Philips for producing such a good shaver.
