A: Hello there! The 5000 Series Facial Hair Remover BRR474/00 is intended to remove facial hair from the cheeks, forehead, jawline, in between the eyebrows and from the area above the upper lip. Do not use it on your eyebrows and the areas right above and below your eyes. Also, not advisable to use on the bikini area.

Q: What Philips replacement heads are compatible? After a year, it could use a sharper/new blade. I’d rather replace the head than throw away a perfectly good device.

The whole blade area just seems to lift up and take care of the facial hair very well. A friendly Tip: Just do small areas at a time, in a circle motion move across your face slowly. The biggest challenge is the area under the Jawbone but it can be done if you just work at it and keep practicing. Also I believe you get a much closer shave. The on and off mechanism of turning the lower area and not a switch is an improvement over others I've used.

This tool shave close to grab all those stubborn hairs we women just don't want to clam as ours. I have recommended to co-workers and friends which they all LOVE IT. I'm disappointed it can't be purchased separately on the site and must be purchased in a bundle of items. Not sure it I ever need another one, what I will do .

I can’t understand why this shaver has such good reviews. The amount of passes you have to make over your skin to remove even the smallest amount of facial fuzz is ridiculous. And in doing so, it rubs your face raw. It pulls and pinches, and I have broken skin and bleeding from one use. It’s also very cheaply made. I DEFINITELY do NOT recommend this product!
