The electric toothbrush has received positive feedback for its effective cleaning capabilities, particularly in hard-to-reach areas, and features like a built-in timer that encourages proper brushing duration. Guests appreciate its lightweight design and comfortable handling, making it easy to use. However, some concerns have been raised regarding battery longevity and occasional charging issues. Broke after 3 years

I loved this toothbrush but it broke after 3 years. Not sure if that’s a normal amount of time to have it, but the button just completely stopped working. My boyfriend said he’s had his for like 6 years so a little bummed. Loved it before the button just fell off though lol

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The sensation of the vibration was uncomfortable. I thought that over a long period of time it might damage my teeth. I decided to keep it and use it occasionally for "deep" cleaning. However, after a couple of weeks the toothbrush wouldn't hold a charge so I sent it back. Did not replace it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Weak; I felt like I needed to use brushing strokes as if I was using a manual toothbrush instead of an electric one. I returned it.

I liked the colour choices and price. It works really well and I am satisfied with the clean teeth feeling that I have only experienced after a professional cleaning. I like that it can be stored on the charger, alerts me when the brush needs replacing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My dentist suggested I try an electric toothbrush. At 85 I'm pretty well set on my ways, but I thought I'd give it a try. It took a few days to get used to the feel, but now I realize its the best thing I've done for my mouth hygiene. My teeth and tongue are cleaner and coffee stains are gone (I drink a lot of coffee). This brush has no "bells and whistles", just a 30 second alert to change your quadrant. Its easy to use and outperforms any convectional toothbrush.

Bought this to replace an old model- price was great but I feel like it doesn’t really do anything. Very annoying to use and my teeth never feel clean. I will be upgrading as soon as I can.

I’ve used Sonicare for over 15 years. This latest model I’ve had to now purchase a 3rd time now due to issues with the functionality and vibration defects.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The 4100 does not work properly. This is the second one that I had it won't vibrate when brushing. I do not recommend this model. With that said Philip did replace it with the 5100 and there is no comparison in brushes. Highly recommend the 5100 series.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The only thing that sticks out positively is the price. The strength of this toothbrush is weak. No power in the toothbrush. If you follow the guidance of the machine for when you brush too hard, you would barely be touching your teeth, let alone clean them.
