Philips One by Sonicare Battery Toothbrush

I don't have product to review. This review is about target shipping and delay product. i ordered this product four days ago.It said I would have it the next day or in a day and a half. the only thing that the app can tell me three times now is exception filed. Calling customer service is one hundred percent completely useless. All they'll tell you is the same thing. And offer you with the app can do a refund or replacement. They can't give you no reason of why it's been delayed. Or offer a faster shipping method.All I could be told is to wait or get a refund. i do not know why the customer service line.Is there other than for people to call and complain to someone to hear it?Because all they do is repeat what the app says.

Do NOT buy this toothbrush. It's impossible to change the battery once it's dead. Literally worst toothbrush ever.

This worked great….while it worked. Which was less than a week. I thought it was a bum battery but after changing it out a few times the toothbrush just makes a low humming noise and no vibration.

Stopped working after 2 months. Replaced the battery and it still won't turn on. Will be returning.

I love this toothbrush. I use it for everyday not just travel. It’s great as a travel toothbrush too. I only took one star off because this is the second one I bought for myself because the first one stopped working in less than a year. The one I bought for my son (at the same time as my first) is still working fine. He took it with him to college.

Love the easy travel case. The battery option is so convenient. Love not having to charge it every night. Works very well.

Great travel toothbrush. It’s great for using it at home as well. It’s less intense than the normal Philips Sonicare toothbrush so this is a nice transition brush if you’re going from normal brushing to electric.

For the price, what this toothbrush does can’t be beat. The brush head is just the right size and shape for a small mouth and does a bang-up job removing plaque. Having a case allows easy storage and a groove at the base allows easier removal.

I really liked this one when I first got it (coral) but never really liked that the power button was on the front. When I brush my teeth, unfortunately I have toothpaste that goes down my toothbrush, right into the power button. The last time I changed the battery it worked for about 2 weeks, then it would not stay on for the full 2 minutes, and now won't even power on. I have cleaned the power button the best I could and still won't turn on. I purchased the toothbrush on November 23, 2023 and up until now was satisfied, did I LOVE it? NO, but it was good.

The advertising is misleading because they do not sell pink replacement brush heads. Waste of $20.

I really liked this toothbrush at first. I used it for about 2 weeks before I noticed the power started to decline. I replaced the batteries and it still barely vibrates. Will be returning

This is just a vibrating timer brush, the vibrations are not a part of the head. This just an expensive plain toothbrush with a timer. Do not waste your money

The battery vibration function stopped working even with a new battery. So I replaced it the toothbrush and it stopped working again! Both times I was outside of the return window, so will likely not re-buy a THIRD time. :(

The pink replacement heads don’t exist. If they do, they are impossible to find. This is the most frustrating toothbrush purchase of my life.

Spend the money and get a legit electric toothbrush. This one is a joke

Disappointing. Super soft bristles with hardly any vibrations. Nothing compared to the other sonic rechargeable ones.
