These tasty pinto beans are a must-have pantry staple that are perfect for soups, chilies and a range of other dishes. Pinto beans are the number one bean in America and are most commonly enjoyed in Southwestern dishes, like refried beans, bean soup or pinto beans and rice. Directions
Rinse and remove any foreign material from beans.
Stovetop – to prepare 1 lb. dry beans
1. Soak beans. Choose Quick or Overnight.
A. Quick – Bring 8 cups water and beans to a rapid boil. Boil 2 minutes. Remove from heat; cover. Let stand 1 hour; drain and rinse.
B. Overnight – Cover beans with 8 cups water. Let stand 6 to 8 hours; drain and rinse.
2. Cook beans. Bring 6 cups water and soaked beans just to a boil; reduce heat and cover. Simmer gently over LOW heat 1 to 2 hours or until beans are tender. Drain.

Not a good product!
I purchased the beans yesterday and made them right away when I got home. I don’t ever remember cooking beans more than 5 hrs. I don’t recommend this brand.

Beans
Who doesn’t like beans. These beans are amazing and so easy to cook. They taste great and the whole family loves them. Ingredients are great and not to many calories. A great side for any type of meal.

Great source of fiber loved the taste
Easy Ready to cook Pinto beans. Drained washed and boiled and they came out so good season as you like! This bag was really big and was enough to feed my whole family of five with just a quarter of the bag

Great Flavor
These pinto beans are very delicious. This is a very large bag of beans. The directions are easy to read and understand. What a simple way of adding some good protein to your meal. My family enjoys the dishes that I have made with them. They have great flavor.

Pinto Beans
I'm proudly from the South where my Grandmas and Mama taught me how to make the tastiest pinto beans, first wash them in cold running water for about 10 minutes, then soak them overnight with some salt stirred in,the next day cook them on low, I use my instapot, put a tablespoon of bacon grease in it and let it cook for 24 hours... we always had cornbread with them

Great taste pinto beans for everyday
At my house, pinto beans are one of the main dishes every day; we always need to have rice and beans as the base on the plate. I always look for great-tasting, high-quality pinto beans, and I am glad that I found this one from Good and Gather. I really recommend it.

Great value
I received this product from hey bullseye in exchange for my honest opinion. The beans were very good quality. It is a 4 lb bag so it is a lot of beans. They were really clean and all the pale side which is great for beans especially if you want them to cook fast. I'm going to say it's a higher quality of beans because they are cleaner and hardly any dirt or rock debris in them. Had a great flavor once cooked. Would definitely recommend.

Taste great
I love to keep dried beans on hand as they are so versatile and add flavor, texture, and protein to so many dishes. I have found these beans meet all my requirements. Excellent addition to my soups, chili and other dishes!

Good & Gather Pinto Beans 4 Pounds
Pinto beans are a staple in our household. Being the first time trying from this brand, I was excited to see if they would be better , or worse, than our usual brands we purchase. The finished, cooked, product is right on par with all the other brands we have tried. I decided to prepare them as directed on the package. They turned out pretty good, but the directions seem to have a lot of unnecessary steps. All in all, these pinto beans are delicious and I would definitely recommend this brand.

lots of beans!
Big sack of beans! LOL. Can't wait to crack into these for soup season 2024! No issues with quality from what I can see so far. Great value, 4 lbs worth is a bit much for my single person's needs but gives me an excuse to make a big batch and give my coworker a couple of frozen portions, so I'll put them go good use!
