These dry pinto beans from Goya foods took a long time to cook and didn’t swell up much after cooking. The taste is okay but dry. Below average comparatively.

A long time vegetarian, I refuse to give up tostadas!! Goya's Pinto Beans cooked up very well and made incredible refried beans which are my secret for the most fabulous tostadas ever!! ( Any time one purchases dried beans, it is important to rinse them well and sort through for any tiny stones, which here, I found none.) I love these beans. Higher quality than I usually find. Other have rocks and so forth. I haven't had to pick a thing out. I keep lots of packages on hand especially in cold winter month. Thanks for carrying them!!
