The beans are great! I bought 2 of there because they were buy 1 get 1 25% off, but Target did terrible. I am very disappointed that they would give me this can like that, I picked up curbside so I didn’t see it until I got home. I was not going to go all the way back to return or exchange it. I had such a hard time opening it, I had to open it from the bottom.

Delicious Pinto Beans!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I purchase beans, they are usually black beans, but I was excited to try these. I couldn't have been more pleased with the taste and texture of these beans. Some beans have a bit of a grainy texture to them but these were very smooth. Most beans also have a lot of salt in them and although these show 340mg, they didn't taste overly salty. I would definitely purchase these to enjoy again!

Great Pantry Staple
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What else can you ask for, they're pinto beans! But they are a great pantry staple. Dry beans are cheaper but I love having canned beans on hand for when I'm putting together a last minute meal or just too lazy to soak beans ahead of time. I'm picky about beans and they're usually not my favorite but I enjoy pinto beans for their mild flavor and creamy texture. These Goya beans are tasty too. Not to mention they're healthy with lots of fiber and protein for when I want to cut back on the meat. My favorite way to incorporate these beans is in chili.

Goya always has the best quality food products and they certainly didn't disappoint this time! Solid taste and good to have in your pantry. A compliment to any dish... Delicious and budget friendly.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I admit it, I'm old school when cooking beans. I used to wash, rinse, and soak dried beans every time I made them, just the way my grandma did. So I'm skeptical when something canned promises to deliver easily what is a long process. …I was so wrong! I used these to make a bean salad and they were creamy inside, cooked but not mushy, and not overly firm. Consider me converted!

Good beans!

These beans were no exception. They were exactly what she wanted. I suppose they taste even better warmed up, but she didn't want to wait. Thanks!

No Clue How to Cook
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did not find cooking directions on the label nor on the Goya website. I had to use Google and then wing it with what I found. The pull tab broke off the lid when I pulled it up to open the can so I used a can opener to remove the lid. The beans were soft after I cooked them, but they had zero flavor. Not knowing how to cook them definitely led to this. I mixed them with seasoned rice and chicken, and they were edible within this concoction. I would recommend this specific brand of pinto beans l to someone if they knew how to cook them. They seem to be high quality.
