Q: To make sure I understand correctly - the only eye liner available for use is what is already sticking out of the pencil when I purchased it?

A: You can sharpen this pencil, but my biggest criticism is that it does not sharpen well and there are jagged edges of wood that can cut your eyelid. Not fun. Love the color and texture of the product though.

The best hack I have found for a flawless sharpening experience is to place the liner in the freezer for 5-7 minutes, take it out, immediately remove the cap, and sharpen the liner. It works perfectly every single time! Hope this helps!

A: Hi Hersh, thank you for your question! Our Endless Silky Eye Pencils are designed to be sharpened and can be sharpened by any eye pencil sharpener. Our Pixi Pro tip is to place it in the refrigerator or freezer for a few minutes prior to sharpening. This allows the gel to firm up a bit and sharpen to a perfect point.

Q: Why is there not a warning label for contact lense wearers? It blinded me and destroyed 2 pairs of contacts. I saw tons of bad reviews saying this same thing.

A: I would think there would only need to be a label if there's a specific ingredient in the pencil that is different from other pencil eyeliners because any eyeliner can get into your contacts if applier too close to your eye.

A: Hi Laumbar, Pixi's Endless Silky Eye pen does not twist up. However, it can be sharpened with a good sharpener. We recommend throwing the pencil into the freezer for about 15 minutes prior to make the creamy texture easier to sharpen.

Sucks at sharpening. Tip did not nicely sharpen with a typical sharpener, as it stated. Color was nice and performed as i wanted. Doubtful ill get my moneys worth since the pencil is practically broken as it wont sharpen nicely.

I really wish this eyeliner would last longer than 3 business days. In all seriousness, for the price, you do not get much product. Also, what’s the point of the twisty green piece at the tip if twisting it doesn’t push up product? Makes no sense.

Let me start by saying that I’ve been a huge Pixi fan for years. I’ve bought so many of these eyeliners that black eyeliner has become a part of my identity. However, my eyes started stinging after I opened a new box of eyeliner a few months ago. I also noticed that my eyeliner wasn’t staying on as long as it used to… but I never had an issue with this product before (in probably close to 10 years) that ignored all the signs. I started the elimination test to figure out why my eyes were stinging - I stopped using my SPF, stopped using my moisturizer, stopped using my eye shadow and stopped using my eye primer. Unfortunately, my eyes were still stinging so I stopped using this eyeliner… and the stinging went away. Like I said, I’d been using this product for so long that I was in disbelief… so I started investigating a bit more and noticed that the packaging had changed from “waterproof” to “water resistant,” which made me suspect the formulation had also changed. It breaks my heart that I can’t use this eyeliner anymore between the stinging and the decrease in lasting power. (I also noticed that it got a bit flaky on my eyelids?) I hope that Pixi changes the formulation back so it’s back to the previous quality.

I have blond hair, light skin complection, green eyes. Any black or dark eyeliner looks too harsh on my face. I really like this eyeliner in London Fog shade. It's pefect for me. I like how easy this eyeliner can be applied. It's not super lasting for the whole day, but still looks good a bit smadged after some time. I wish this particular shade doesn't get discontinued.

Using it fresh out of the box was amazing. It stayed on until I washed it off. But sharpening it is a nightmare. It just breaks off in chunks, which is so sad because I loved how it looked. Guess I have to return unfortunately. Was so excited to find a lavender color.

I don’t usually buy drugstore makeup and I’m glad I took a chance on this. Goes on super smooth, stays on well, nice pigment, and doesn’t irritate my super sensitive eyes. I looked at their website which advised sticking the pencil in the freezer before sharpening and that worked like a charm - I’m going to start doing that with other pencils too. I purchased the bronze color.

I was so excited to use these, so I purchased 2- the plum color and the bronzed color. I used these on my eyelids and near the water line (because the packaging says it's water proof) Immediately, my eyes begin to water. Also, it seems the formula is so soft, it's going to need sharping soon. I'm going to return soon.
