I tried these versus spending another 175 on the Dr recommended one, well, the saying is true, you get what you paid for. I had a reaction to this product and broke out looking like an old woman with a 15 yr old kid’s face cover with acne! I didn’t know what to do, my sister told me to put toothpaste which made it even worse! In short, do NOT buy this & just listen to your dr. These are mild compared to other brands’ versions because they are less concentrated in acids and less wet. Because of this they are appropriately lower priced and gentler on most skins. They are convenient and don’t flare my rosacea, but the con for me is the musty perfume scent. It smells antique and cheap. Wish they were wetter and fragrance free. I prefer Naturium or Prequel exfoliants.

Difference in texture & tone within a week
These pads works SO well. NOTE: I’ve been using similar chemical peel products for a few years so if you’re new to this, I recommend spacing use out to 2-3 times a week, not back to back. I use these nightly every day and I can tell a difference in the texture and tone of my skin in less than a week. For example, I tend to have a little bit of redness and with persistent use, the redness calms down and I can use less foundation in the morning. Plus, this helps the rest of my skin care absorb better because it’s eliminating the dead skin. After I wash my face, I rub the pad on my face and wait the recommended 2-3 mins. I rinse this off with cold water, put on my serum and follow with a moisturizer to seal it all in. Love love love. Highly recommend! Easy to work into simple 3-4 step night routine.

I use one cotton round after washing my face and then follow it with toner and moisturizer. Even after the first use I felt a noticeable difference when feeling my skin.
