Maybe it’s just me, but it was overpoweringly acidic & a little too sweet for me to really taste anything else with it. Tasting it made me immediately start craving salt to balance it out. I used it on some pizza bagels and even after trying to add more toppings that were salty or had a strong (not acidic/sweet) flavor to them the sauce still seemed to overpower everything else.
