[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are not the best fit for me. They bunch up while wearing. I typically prefer something with "wings" to avoid this. They do have good absorbency. I don't have a lot of leakage, but it provided much more protection than I needed.

The quality of the period brand worsened and I was excited to try these. I really don’t know why I left poise pads. They are soft and gentle against your skin. I’m back to using Poise Pads. My favorite are the ultra thin with wings. If you haven’t tried Poise pads in awhile you need to!
