Great Product!
I have come to depend on the Tena name. After 3 strokes I don't make it to the bathroom intime. The Over nights are able to keep me dry and my skin doesn't get irritated from 24/7 use. The top layer allows for quick absorption and I don't have to worry about wet pants.

Don’t fix what isn’t broken
I’ve been a faithful Tena user for 10 years … recently I’ve been having an overflow issue… Í leak constantly.. Í did notice that some new “sensitive “ makeover was initiated on the overnight pads I’ve used for years …I realized that whatever was done has now ruined the pads causing the constant leakage. I thought I was going crazy …. please please stop fixing what isn’t broken. I now have to wear TWO pads to try and not leak . Will be looking for other alternatives…

I will continue to purchase these pads for all that they do.
I have read many of the reviews posted and was encouraged to try the Sensitive Overnight Pads. They are amazing. They are the best I have ever worn and used while Crossdressing. They do all that the positive comments mention. I tried them two at a time with the wide portion in the front of my panties. They work so well for both dribbles and gushes. Try them. You will not be disappointed. I wish I had been introduced to these pads much sooner. Thank you, Tena.

These pads bunch up and don't hold shape. Also the adhesive strip isn't strong so they don't stay in place. Had to return.

I have been using them for years m
I wear the xl over night ones. When I stand up the from the bed urine goes down my legs. I have changed it around to blue in the front. I noticed that the padding doesn't go to edge Am I buying them too large.

Not a good product.
Didn't hold much for being heaviest absorbency. The pad felt like a bunch of very soft cotton balls where the pad sits and it did not hold much fluid. Not happy with this purchase or with this product. I will stick to POISE incontinence products.
