I recently had a medical issue when out-of-town to where I quickly needed incontinent pads. I have used other brands in the past, but came across these. I am impressed! They worked for me so much better than the others I have tried. It's amazing how much is absorbed. It saved me from embarrassment when having to go out in public. I really appreciate that they are not bulky at all and feel fine when wearing them. I'm surprised at some of the negative reviews. I will be a loyal customer from now on.

I didn't notice that the small print on the package said "lightly scented" until I opened up the package and had the strong smell hit me. These are "heavily perfumed". DO NOT BUY!!! I will have to toss these out.

I have used these to help so I don’t need to worry about changing out my panties time and time again. These help keep things dry and they don’t feel any different than a pad. There isn’t any issue with odor which is also a great thing since nobody wants to smell bad. I would definitely purchase these in the future!

It felt as though I was wearing a panty liner, but they absorbent like a pad. I would definitely recommend.

I switched to the 6 drop extra long pad because my panties were always wet with the 5 drop. The same happens with the 6 drop. Maybe my leaks are too much for this pad. When it's saturated, it gets heavy and doesn't stay in place. It ripped a couple times and the little clear absorbancy pellets were all in my clothes and panties. Maybe it's time for me to switch to an undergarment.

Always Discreet pads are designed with a unique two RapidDry layered core that forms a boosted protection in the center to provide extra protection where you need it most. The pads also have Absorbent Gel Material (AGM) liquid-to-gel technology that helps lock the fluid away from your body, so we are sorry to hear this was not the case with your pack. It is normal for a small amount of gelling materials to appear and is more likely to appear when it is heavily saturated. If the gel leaks onto clothing put the clothing into the dryer. It may take an extra cycle, but this will dry the gel, and it will fall off the clothing. For leaks in our Always Discreet pads, we recommend moving up one drop size. Our most absorbent pad is Ultimate Protect 7 drops. If 7 drops don’t provide sufficient protection we also offer Always Discreet underwear for more security and absorbency. I love how thin, soft and long they are. I barely notice or feel it when I am wearing it. My only complaint, hence the four stars is when removing the sticky pads when putting it on, it’s so long that I had the back or the front end get stuck to the pad, making the tips of the pad doubled layered, cause they got stuck together. I was still able to wear the pad, and considering it was doubled at the end it was still totally unnoticeable and extremely comfortable. I think if the sticky pad remover was broken up into 5 sections it could eliminate this problem. Other than that it’s a great product that provides the extra protection some of us need.

Packaging is nice and easy to use. They fit well, and I love how long they are. While wearing these discreet pads, they definitely have heavy absorbent. I would rather use a thinner one next time because you can tell that you are wearing a pad. I would recommend these for someone who has a serious bladder control problem. I do have a bladder issue, but I only need a panty liner for now. I will definitely be purchasing some always discreet in the future.

I don’t think you could actually see them when I was wearing them but I feel like you could see them so I was self conscious. However they serve their purpose and were effective. I would probably just stick with double stacking panty liners.
