Good packaging and the product was not damaged

The careless employees who packed my order jammed it into a box that it didn't fit in. Damaging the box and the contents inside, still waiting on a resolution.

Warehouse employee smashed my collectible pokemon set to fit it in the shipping box. Target does not return Pokemon, so Im left with a torn and bent collectible. Reached out to Target customer service, will not replace or return.

The packages are broken and target did nothing on it😤

Shipped quickly. Wasn’t the best fit in the box though and was a bit crushed, can’t display it. Will probably just open it.

It’s already frustrating trying to buy these since they sell out so quickly. What made it worse was the condition it arrived in. I planned to add this to my sealed collection, but the box came damaged due to poor packaging. The shipping box was a few inches too short and had no padding, so the product was banged up during transit. I reached out for help but got no support from Target. Really disappointing experience.

Box came super damaged and it looked like someone tampered with the box they used to ship.

UPS sucks, boxes was mishandled and my package inside was damaged due to UPS, which target would affiliate themselves with a different delivery service

Item never arrived box was delivered empty! Contacted customer support and was told issue would take 5-7 business days to be reviewed and resolved. Playing with peoples time and money

As you can see the item was send in a box that didn’t fit with just a piece of boxing paper and the receipt, item only fit by forcing it’s way into the box which damage the item and the front of the item was ripped. 😤 Target really needs to have the staff go though a training course on how to package properly. If they dont make some adjustment, target will be losing a of business soon.

I dislikes how poorly it was packaged AND damaged

Delivered via UPS and arrived with the seal broken. Boxes appeared to be resealed/glued. As the buyer, I was unable to start a claim with UPS and Target declined to do so. This has not been an issue with other card purchase from Target, but this was very disappointing.

product was clearly opened and resealed with a glue gun. I've had this problem previously with target and they won't do anything about it. The box was also pretty damaged which ended up being the least of my problems because this time an entire pack was missing. I ordered two of these which came in separate boxes and both were clearly tampered with. The product itself is great, but I've learned not to order Pokemon from Target online ever again.

Package came in all busted up. It's non returnable so I'm stuck with it. Do better Target

Pulled a full art from each pack except from the random paradox rift pack. Dont expect undamaged boxes when you ship from target. They only have so many sized boxes and they dont want to use a bigger box with air bags so they will shove them in.

This box is complete garbage. The fact that they don't disclose what packs you're going to get is crazy to me. They're nearly impossible to find and then when you do you get two destined rival packs and then a paradox rift which has been readily available forever because nobody wants them and a journey together pack. The pokémon company scamming you by releasing these just to get your hands on two packs of something that gets gobbled up by scalpers immediately is insane. These things should contain four boosters of the current run associated with the card that comes with the box. There's no reason for two old packs.
