Perfect support for my middle finger in golf! Due to numerous jammed fingers in my early years of basketball & volleyball, pain during golf swing makes golfing uncomfortable for this finger. Not only can I get some cold support before play, but support during game prevents further damage & discomfort. One size fits all works on this finger.

Not cold for long
Only stayed cold for 2 minutes. Gel pack is too small/non functional.
