Q: The description says it's a double pack but contains 40 photos, which is the same as the 5 pack. How many photos come with this?

A: THERE IS A TYPO IN THE DESCRIPTION. I ordered this - thinking I would get 40 because that is what the description says. But the "highlights" and specification section indicate 2 packs of 8 photos.

Regarding your question about the Polaroid Originals Color Film for 600 - Double Pack: The important difference between 600 and i-Type film is the absence of a battery inside the film cartridge. This means that i-Type film will not work with vintage Polaroid cameras. A: Since the film sells through quickly and we are regularly restocking, we can't say for sure what exact date will be on the particular film pack you will receive, but it will always be fresh. Each pack of film is marked with a Production Date, so you should use the film within 12 months after the production date stamped on the box.

Target sold me film that was already three months old. Usually when you purchase film the expiration date is at least a year from date of purchase. Unfortunately I already opened the film, but have not used it. I tried to start a return, but it would not take it. I won’t be shopping at target again.

Don’t be fooled like me! I was anticipating a good deal for 2 packs of 16 (as displayed in the photo) as they IMPLY but they really swindle you for the price and give you “two pack” of 8 as a pack of 16. Very misleading. Returning for sure.

Bad Quality Photo
I’ve just recently bought a Polaroid camera from Retrospekt, because I’ve been wanting an “old school” camera to use for my memory book. I bought this 16 pack one at my local Target because they were out of stock of the 8 pack. My first photo turned out blurry, like the camera moved or something, while taking the photo. The color wasn’t very dark and vibrant either. I snapped another one… only for it to look the same. It’s very expensive for such a small quantity of film. I think I’d just rather stick to my mini instax camera (for now). At least the films are a more “reasonable” price for 10 films in a pack. I did read on another review for the 8 pack film for the 600, that their photos turned out blurry too. Please make better quality AND quantity films for these regular size Polaroid cameras. $36 for a 16 pack is a little pricey because you can go through them pretty fast.

Great for kids starting with photography

The pictures are the perfect size and the quality is great for getting a quick picture. The film makes brings back memories to the olden days and really looks like it did years ago! Overall, we’re very happy with the product and loves that the pack of film was a double pack!

False advertising
Love the film beyond words but the picture and description for this ad needs to be changed!!!! It's a double pack of film (like the name states) which does mean you are getting 2 packs of film, so 16 pics. BUT the picture and description on this ad shows you are getting a 5 pack of film, so 40 pictures. Which is incorrect. Either the name needs to be changed, or the pictures and description. I called and got a replacement for free but unfortunately, as I figured, they just sent me the same exact item. The guy I spoke with on the phone was very polite tho so that was appreciated. But please Target, fix this so others don't get confused!! Also my box of film was pretty beat up so...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Totally love the way that the color comes out on these instant photos color is nice and clear it comes out within 10 to 15 minutes The color quality is amazing to what it used to be years ago You do have to store this item or you pretty much should store the item in the fridge do not freeze it for should I say put it in the freezer to get the best color quality and you should use it within a year purchasing other than that I give it a 10 out of 10 I would definitely recommend you using this for your camera and it's a double pack at that

False ad. This is not 40 films, only 16. Original package delivered was 16 films, reported so it was replaced with the same exact thing
