color film. It's five individually wrapped packs in the one box,

Q: What is the difference between I-type and the 600 film?

A: Hi Mari B, thanks for reaching out about Polaroid X-40 600 Film Multipack. i-Type film contains no battery in the cartridge so it will only work with Polaroid Originals i-Type cameras like the OneStep 2. 600 film cartridges have a battery built in, as the vintage Polaroid 600 cameras did not have a built in battery in the camera. OneStep 2: 600-type and we recommend I-Type film as it is optimized for use with the OneStep 2. A: Yes, the Now+ camera works with either Polaroid 600 film or Polaroid i-Type film.

I received my film on 07/18/2024. The production date is 12/2022. It's recommended to use polaroid film within 12 months of the production date if you aren't storing it in a refrigerator. Which, unfortunately, means this box is expired, and I didn't notice it until I already opened a pack. $85 for film with a production date of 19 months ago.

It's awesome to be able to continue shooting on the Polaroid cameras I grew up with. These pictures are far more cherished than my digital ones. Great product!

I had high hopes for this film but unfortunately all of the pictures I take come out faded and discolored. I took a few pictures with some film purchased elsewhere and they came out colored and clear. I am not sure, maybe I got a bad batch? I know I used the correct film for my Polaroid Now camera.

Did you travel with the film via airplane and if so, did the film go thru security x-rays? That may be why your photos are faded and discolored. Please contact our customer service team at usa (at) polaroid (dot) com and we can help.

Hi Kadj, I'm sorry to hear about your issues! Just so you know, we never sell expired film to customers. And the film itself cannot cause pink or foggy results unless it has been exposed to extreme heat or x-rays. Did you by chance travel via airplane with the film? If so, did you have the film hand-checked by security to make sure it didn't go through security x-rays? Please contact our customer service team at usa@polaroid.com and we can help.

Its sorta expensive but, getting the party pack really helps with the cost. I have two Polaroid 600 cameras and love the way the photos turn out. I have bought 3 party packs now and have never had issues with quality or any of them not developing. Sometimes you will see light leaks on the photos but I think it adds a lot of character to them :) !
